I decided to create a new concept called “Honest Abs”™. That’s right, a new, and more honest approach to strengthening abdominal muscles (i.e. you’re Abs”).

For the last nine or ten years of my career, no matter where I am, I consistently hear people talk abut their abdominal section (their belly); In the grocery store, conducting a consultation, teaching a class or just simply walking down the street; one of the most common statements I hear is “I JUST WANT TO LOOSE MY STOMACH”---nothing else, everything else is great; it’s just my stomach”!!!

I just want to loose my stomach; if I had ten dollars for every time I heard this, I think that I would be…not a millionaire, but a billionaire!

People truly believe that if they just do a thousand crunches a day or buy some special abs device, they will have the perfectly flat stomach and a “six pack” of muscle.

Many People have literally bought into all the infomercials that tell them to do four of these and six of this and oh by the way “SWING FROM THE CHANDLER” while your at it and you will have the six pack of your dreams in just thirty minutes a day or your money back guaranteed. Having a flat stomach or great abs is NOT simply a matter of exercise. You are going to have to change your EATING HABITS to get the body you want!

Yup, that’s correct you’re going to have to change your eating habits. It’s all about WHAT YOU EAT or don’t eat. Your abs “six-pack” is on your plate!!! But too many people won’t believe it. How do I know? I asked them.

I actually asked 20 people if they would be willing to do what it takes to see their abs turn into a “six pack,” and guest what? they all said,” YES”, without any hesitation.

Then I asked the same twenty people if they would be willing to change their eating habits. Only 8 said “yes”. The others-the other twelve-- jumped on the defense and began to tell me how healthy they eat, how they watch their diet, etc etc. And my response was “I’m sure you do”. But now, I’m going to open your eyes to something completely different.

Portion Control
The time of day to place certain foods (When should I have it or not)
Body Fat percentage
Cardiovascular will help in conjunction with your diet but it’s not the answer to your prayers!!!
